Hire of Premises

Room hire
We have a rooms and the Church available for hire subject to the conditions of our lettings policy. 

• We welcome applications for regular bookings or one-off events from community groups or businesses — our rooms are not available for parties. No Alcohol to be consumed on the premises.
• Our rooms may be booked by the hour or half hour and bookings must include set-up and clearing up time.
• We have no caretaker and so it is a condition of use that rooms should be left clean and tidy with all furniture put away and rubbish removed from the site.

Car Parking
There is a church car park (access from Union Road) with 26 spaces which may be used if they are available. Space is not guaranteed and may not be reserved. No group has exclusive use of the building or car park. There is a public pay and display car park opposite the church on Warwick Road which is open during the day. The nearest public car park for evenings is Lode Lane car park which is also pay and display.

Access
The church buildings have 3 entrances.

• The Warwick Road Entrance faces Warwick Road and accesses the church Worship Space.
• The Hall Entrance faces Union Road and accesses the Church Hall (John Palmer Hall and Project room).
• The Central Entrance is currently only being used as a rear entrance for the church worship space. ​

Prices rise every year on 1st April.

Church Hall (John Palmer Hall)

• Seating for 100 in rows or 50-60 with tables
• £26.00 per hour (2025)
• Includes: Accessible toilet and baby change, drinks kitchen (Main kitchen is not available).
•  Kitchen charge is £4.60 per session for serving drinks or £7.20 per session for catering.

The Church
Due to ongoing building work through the summer of 2025 the church is not available for hire.

• Seating for 250 on pews, space at the back for serving refreshments (note Main kitchen is not available) 
• £65 per hour
• Includes: Raised platform at the front, baby change and toilets (up steps), wheelchair lift from Warwick Road to church level (level access from Union Road to gallery only). Hot water boiler.
• Includes by arrangement: Microphones/ amplification, hearing loop, piano, organ, data projector/ screen.

Project Room

• A small meeting room suitable for a maximum of 8-10 people
• £14.00 per hour (2025)
