ADVENT BOOKLET Advent begins on Sunday 3rd December this year and as in previous years the our Mission Enabler has produced a booklet for all of us to use through the days of Advent. The booklet has been written so that it can also be used by those who have some interest in the Christian faith but who aren’t yet committed. The theme of the booklet this year is ‘Preparing for after Christmas’.
You can download a copy of the booklet my clicking here, the booklet is designed to be printed off and folded to form a booklet, so if you choose to read it on line please remember the pages will look out of sequence so you may have to navigate around to find the page for any particular day.
ADVENT VIDEOS - "WAITING FOR CHRISTMAS" Advent is the period of time covering the four Sundays leading up to Christmas. We have produced an Advent activity for young children and a parent or carer to enjoy. Follow the link below, at any time during each week of Advent, to watch a short video of a piece of the Christmas story. You might also like to have a go at a suggested activity together if you wish.
