A word of deep appreciation for the 'send-off' I was given on 17th Feb, following my final service before retirement. It was marvellous to have folk present from every part of my ministry in Solihull and beyond. I used the image of the potter, from the prophecies of Jeremiah, as a reminder that it is God alone who creates, moulds, shapes, renews, enables purpose and beauty.

Solihull URC now enters a period of change and the prayers of all are invited, for clarity about God's purpose and plan for this vital Christian community.    Mark Fisher

LUNCH in support of CCH on 24th September raised over £200. Many thanks to all supporters!

COLIN CHOYCE HOUSE  -  Durgapur, North India
We have been fundraising for this project which rescues and supports young girls who have been trafficked on the border with Bangladesh.
These photos have been received recently of some girls using computer equipment that has been financed by our donations.

Watch a video presentation
of our church life 2017/18

This was prepared for our Annual Church Meeting.
It is just a glimpse of aspects of our life and mission, of which more can be learnt through exploring this website.
PASSIONTIDE TAPESTRY
We worked together on a tapestry (garden fencing and scrap materials) illustrating the themes we have been following through Lent. This was a feature in the church through Holy Week and Easter and will be displayed in church to serve as a focus for personal reflections.
